Atlas & Thorn is an AI-powered chief of staff platform for founders and small teams. The service includes a structured knowledge base (Atlas) and an opinionated AI assistant (Thorn) that integrates with your existing tools and workflows.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Atlas & Thorn for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding credentials for any connected services.
You may not use the service to generate spam, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
The Atlas & Thorn platform, its design, brand, and proprietary components are the intellectual property of Atlas & Thorn.
Your data remains yours. Any content you create, upload, or generate through the platform belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your knowledge base, documents, or AI-generated outputs.
Open Source Components
Portions of Atlas & Thorn are released under open source licenses. Self-hosted deployments are governed by the applicable open source license. The hosted service includes additional proprietary features and support.
Availability & Changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will provide reasonable notice before any material changes to the service.
We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their locked rate for the duration of the billing period.
Limitation of Liability
Atlas & Thorn is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional advice. AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on the platform's output.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation.
